Programme
The Summit programme follows a simple progression: learn, reflect and act.

Friday
begins with practical learning. Participants work in focused workshops on Rotary Voice and Public Speaking, Inclusive Club Experience, and Project Storytelling and People of Action. The afternoon opens the wider Summit conversation, moving from an external perspective on trust and behaviour into Public Image as Public Trust.

Saturday
broadens the dialogue through One Rotary, Many Generations and Create Lasting Impact as Behaviour, while also marking World Polio Day. In the afternoon, the focus shifts from conversation to action: mixed teams work through a Action Lab, Zone 21B Success Stories, follow-up initiatives and closing next steps.
The programme is designed to connect practical skills, shared experience and meaningful dialogue with concrete follow-up — so that participants leave Samsun with ideas, tools, relationships and actions they can carry forward.
