Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun

The Public Image & Rotaract Summit will take place at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun, centrally located in Samsun and selected as the main venue for the Summit programme.

The venue was chosen following an assessment of local options, with particular attention to accessibility, meeting facilities, event support and the practical needs of an international Rotary gathering.

A Central Meeting Point

Located in the heart of Samsun, the hotel offers convenient access to the city and is approximately 25 km from Samsun Çarşamba Airport and 2 km from Samsun Train Station.

The hotel provides dedicated conference and event facilities, with approximately 1,700 m² of event space and several meeting areas suitable for plenary sessions, workshops and group activities.

Summit Programme

The main Summit sessions on Friday and Saturday will be based at the venue. Some programme elements and social activities may take place in other locations in Samsun and will be clearly indicated in the final programme.
