What is Roots & Wings?
Bringing together Rotarians across generations — with particular attention to young Rotarians and emerging leaders — alongside Rotaractors, the Summit will explore how public trust, belonging, leadership, communication and visible impact shape the way Rotary is experienced and understood.
The programme connects the external image of Rotary with what happens inside our clubs and districts: how people are welcomed, how different generations listen to one another, how new leadership is encouraged, how we speak about Rotary, and how we tell our stories in a positive, ethical and credible way.
Through dialogue, practical sessions and shared work, participants will exchange experience, challenge familiar assumptions and develop ideas that can continue beyond the event — through stronger stories, new partnerships, practical commitments and lasting action.
The Summit is designed to create connections between experience and new perspectives, visibility and trust, belonging and leadership, communication and real impact.
